Breaking Dawn Update

Deadbolt.com Security will be tighter than ever when The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn returns to Vancouver after filming in Brazil and Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Although Twilight fans had more open interaction with New Moon and Eclipse than they did with Twilight, it appears that Twilighters may not be so lucky with Breaking Dawn.

According to the tweets of MetroVanFilms, it sounds like security will be tighter on Breaking Dawn than the previous films of The Twilight Saga. The first tweet was a reminder that production on Breaking Dawn will soon begin in Vancouver in February and continue through April. The second tweet spoke of the security that Twilighters and paparazzi can expect for Breaking Dawn. “TSBD creates complex "Confinement Unit" to deal with fans and block/harass paparazzi.”

Although it sounds like the production is simply taking the usual security measures given the popularity of Twilight stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner, the use of "complex Confinement Unit" is certainly an interesting choice of words. What that really means is anyone's guess, but fans will definitely be confined to limited Twilight access in Vancouver.

And here are some Renesmee News Mackenzie Foy will be joined by 3 other child stars who would portray Edward and Bella's daughter. "Mackenzie Foy’s face will be digitally transferred onto these 3 little girls’s bodies to show Renesmee’s rapid growth."

Holliday Grainger Talks about Rob and 'Bel Ami

Can you talk about the roles you did in Jane Eyre and Bel Ami, which you also have coming out this year?
GRAINGER: When I was younger, I always wanted to do period drama and never got to do it, until last January. And then, this last year was just period drama after period drama. I have a small part in Jane Eyre. I’m one of the Rivers sisters that saves Jane (Mia Wasikowska) from destitution. They’re a very lovely, very godly, very pure family. Bel Ami is the opposite. My character is more like Lucrezia. She’s an evil little witch that knows what she wants and is out to get the guy that she wants. She’s willing to upset her mom and upset anyone, just to get the guy that she wants.

Did you get to work with Robert Pattinson?
GRAINGER: Yeah, my character’s scenes are mainly with Rob ‘cause she marries him in the end. She does get him.

'Water for Elephants' and 'Breaking Dawn' in Box Office Mojo and Fandango's 2011 Movie Review

Fandango's 2011 Movie Review Superheroes, sci-fi and sequels dominate the 2011 movie landscape. Plus we'll bid farewell to Harry Potter and see the beginning of the end for Twilight.

Water for Elephants
Release Date: 4/22/11
Genre: Romance, Drama
Robert Pattinson takes on a non-sparkly role and joins a traveling circus as its veterinarian. He and the star performer (Reese Witherspoon) fall in love, much to the dismay of her husband (Christoph Waltz), the cruel head animal trainer. Sara Gruen's adapted novel examines the hardships of being in the "most spectacular show on Earth."

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1
Release Date: 11/18/11
Genre: Fantasy, Romance

Bella's (Kristen Stewart) choice to become a vampire and spend eternity with Edward (Robert Pattinson) has some serious repercussions! After planning the most anticipated wedding in all of Forks, the couple has to deal with the Volturi, treaty complications with Jacob (Taylor Lautner) and starting a family of their own.

Box Office Mojo's 2011 Movie Preview: Ten Miscellaneous Contenders
Water for Elephants (April 22): It's easy to dismiss Robert Pattinson as just part of the Twilight craze thanks to the poor box office performance of Remember Me last March. However, his next movie Water for Elephants is poised to be much more successful: it's helmed by blockbuster director Francis Lawrence (I Am Legend), has interesting co-stars Reese Witherspoon and Christoph Waltz and is based on a reportedly popular book.

Box Office Mojo's 2011 Movie Preview: Sequels Now More Than Ever
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1

Like On Stranger Tides, Breaking Dawn (Part One) (Nov. 18) follows a trilogy, but one that ended on a high note: with $300.5 million, third entry Eclipse pulled off the rare feat of out-grossing the second entry New Moon. Breaking Dawn returns to the pre-Thanksgiving slot of the first Twilight and New Moon (and formerly Harry Potter), but will have the longest wait yet (17 months). Add in a reportedly mixed fan reaction to the novel and how being broken in two didn't help Deathly Hallows Part 1, and it wouldn't be surprising if interest ebbs for Breaking Dawn.

'On the Road' in Dark HorizonsCom's Notable Films of 2011

On the Road
Opens: 2011
Cast: Sam Riley, Garrett Hedlund, Kristen Stewart, Viggo Mortensen, Amy Adams
Director: Walter Salles

Summary: Sal Paradise, a writer holed up in a room at his aunt's house, gets inspired by Dean Moriarty to hit the road and see America. From the moment he gets on the seven train out of New York City, he begins a journey that explores the highs and lows of hitchhiking, bonding with fellow explorers and opting for beer before food.

Analysis: The term 'long gestating' film takes on a whole new meaning with this adaptation of what many consider the definitive novel of the Beat Generation. For over over five decades now there's been talk of a film adaptation of Jack Kerouac's autobiographical book about his time spent traveling America in the 1940's with his friend Neal Cassady. Kerouac wanted to play his literary counterpart Sal himself alongside Marlon Brando as the Cassady-inspired Dean back in the late 50's when the book first came out.

Alice Braga Talks about Kristen

“Kristen is adorable, and a phenomenal actress and I am a big fan of hers! But I don’t have a scene with her [in the movie]. All my scenes are with Sam Riley.” And although Alice, 27, didn’t film opposite Kristen, 20, she says, “I had the chance to meet her and it was amazing! She is a phenomenal actress, she is so young and has such an amazing career!”

Alice is impressed by Kristen’s career path so far. “I think the choices she makes in independent films working with upcoming directors helps her a lot. And then she moves to something as big as Twilight, it is really important to take those chances and do that, she loves cinema and she just does it!”

Elizabeth Reaser Talks About Rob, Breaking Dawn and that Steamy E/B Still

"It's a complicated situation," Reaser, who plays Esme in the Twi-franchise, told me while at Sundance's Bing Bar to promote indie flick Homework. "If you're going to be an actor and you don't want to do dinner theater and you want to do movies like this, it's a crazy risk."

She continued, "I know for me, you want people to watch you tell stories. There's some part of you that is somewhat of an exhibitionist... I'm not saying you want people to chase you down the street screaming and attacking you, but it's a price you have to pay, I think."

Reaser had jetted into Utah from Baton Rouge where they're shooting the last of the Twilight series, Breaking Dawn, with director Bill Condon. "I feel like there's never going to be a time in my life [again] where I'm going to sit with Peter Facinelli at four in the morning with [colored contacts] in and pale makeup and laughing our butts off...giggling all day."

But it's way too soon to say goodbye. "We have so far to go that it doesn't feel like we're anywhere near the end," she said. "Plus we're going to promote these for a few more years, you know. So we're nowhere near the end."

As for that steamy BD photo of Rob and Kristen Stewart, Reaser laughed, "At least everyone knows: OK, people are naked. Just in case the frenzy was dying down, just in case no one cared, here's a naked picture of Rob and Kristen."

Rob Causes a Stir at a Louisiana Deli

People.com He's busy filming Breaking Dawn in Baton Rouge, La., but during a recent lunch outing at a local deli, Robert Pattinson ended up feeding his fans' appetites.

"A couple of girls who work in here are young … and they were absolutely star struck," a source at Maxwell's Market, where the actor dropped in for sandwiches, tells PEOPLE.

Pattinson is a repeat customer at the deli and, despite the attention he earned from the younger employees, the source says he's just like any other customer. "He's just a regular guy, and that's how we try to treat him," says the source.

During his most recent visit, Pattinson was accompanied by an unidentified male friend and "grabbed a couple of sandwiches and left," the source says.

As for his costar, and off-screen love Kristen Stewart, she hasn't dropped by the deli … yet. "I haven't seen her in here," the source says. "But I'm keeping my eye out."via RPattzBaby

ETA from LATimes Robert Pattinson recently enjoyed a night out in Baton Rouge, La., with the boys of "Breaking Dawn."

The men of "Twilight," who've been exploring the city as they film the final two installments of the film franchise, popped out for food and drink on Tuesday. Pattinson, Kellan Lutz, Jackson Rathbone, Jamie Campbell-Bower and Michael Sheen hit local joint Tsunami, reports Hollywood Life, for sushi, sashimi and even a few shots. A nearby table of admirers sent some lemon drops over to the vampire gang.

While that highbrow snacking is more like Hollywood, Rob has been sampling to local fare as well. Recently stopping by a deli chain called Maxwell's Market, the actor caused hysteria with the female staff, according to People.

So what did he order -- a juicy po' boy or some cajun delight? "He ordered a house salad," a staffer told the Ministry. "It wasn't that exciting."

Georgie Henley Talks About Kristen

“Kristen Stewart inspires me. I respect her for being true to herself, not conforming or doing what people tell her. She deals with the fame really well. I think fame is what you make it. If you don’t want the fame, you can still practice your craft.” Is this what Georgie wants? Will she grow into a strong, confident actress that budding young thesps can look up to?

Rob and the TwiCast Boys 'Alleged' Night Out

"Robert Pattinson, Kellan Lutz, Jackson Rathbone, Jamie Campbell-Bower, Michael Sheen and a few of the other male cast members enjoyed a night of sushi and shots at Tsunami in Baton Rouge Jan. 25.

A source inside the swanky restaurant says, “The boys got there around 9:30 pm and sat at a table, there were about 15 of them. They stayed until closing, sometime between 11:30ish or midnight. Rob sat next to Jamie and was pretty low key in a hoodie!”

“A girl from a nearby table ordered them a round of lemon drop shots, and the bartender took it with them,” the source went on to say. “Rob was really nice and introduced himself to the bartender and seemed really happy and down-to-earth.” The popular eatery, located inside the Shaw Center for the Arts, was also an affordable choice for the boys with most entrees under $20. The cast headed home afterwards, save Jackson and Kellan, and sadly it seems like the evening left Jamie feeling not so great! The actor tweeted Jan. 26, “Yup. Raw fish and red wine came back to bite me on the arse. X.”

This questionable source also reported the other day that Rob stopped by Maxwell’s Market, a local Baton Rouge, La., grocery store that specializes in fresh meats, seafood, and prepared foods, to grab a bite to eat and pick up a few things.

“Rob came into Maxwell’s with a bodyguard and ordered a Cobb salad,” our source says. “I immediately knew it was him but he just kept to himself. He even did a little bit of grocery shopping.”

Some More 'Breaking Dawn' Set Report

” I just love the way Mackenzie lights up the room. If it’s been a long day and everyone’s tired, she shows up and you can tell the atmosphere changes.

The fam scenes with Robert and Kristen will look amazing on screen. They have a special connection, you know. She looks so much like them and they enjoy working with her, so that makes it easy. They love joking around between takes. Specially with Robert, he loves using the ‘daughter’ thingy. I’ve heard he’s been teaching Mackenzie some words, with the accent and everything, so funny.

Kristen has found someone to share her ‘Miley Cyrus’ obsession with. And they both love pets, so they have a lot to talk about. Cuteness everywhere. But everybody loves her, she’s pretty smart for her age. It’s good to have a kiddo on set.”

Elizabeth Reaser Talks About Kristen

According to MTV Rob as Jeff Buckley Would Be Excellent Casting

MTV It's not the first time that the name of one of the hottest young actors in the world has been linked to one of the most iconic musicians of the past 20 years, but it has been brought up again. The Daily Express is reporting that Robert Pattinson (star of the "Twilight" series as well as the upcoming "Water for Elephants") is lobbying hard to play late singer-songwriter Jeff Buckley in a biopic about the iconic musician's life (and one of the film's producers has acknowledged that he has indeed expressed interest, along with the likes of James Franco and Jared Leto).

Buckley, who passed away in 1997 before he could complete his second album, is a much-beloved artist whose debut album Grace is largely considered to be one of the finest of the end of the 20th century. His music was full of gorgeous melody and dynamic energy shifts that centered on his incredible, gentle voice. Though 1994's Grace is a stone cold classic as a full album, Buckley's lasting legacy in music is his version of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah," which has been copied repeatedly and is largely considered the definitive version of the song (even more than Cohen's original).

Pattinson would make an excellent Buckley, as not only does he physically resemble the singer, but he also possesses the same kind of ethereal vibe that Buckley carried. His popularity was mainly rooted in his music, but he also had a mysterious quality that made him a fascinating character. Can Pattinson sing as well as Buckley? There's no evidence to suggest that he can. However, it seems like the man who breathed life into Edward Cullen can handle the moody, romantic vibe that Buckley gave off. Take a look at this performance of "Forget Her" (recorded during the Grace sessions but not released until 2004) and see if you can't picture Pattinson sliding into that role.

Of course, the other named mentioned on the short list for the role would probably work well also, though everybody else seems to be flawed in some way. Franco has probably played too many iconic roles to play Buckley (he's created so many great fictional characters that it'd be hard to accept him as playing a real person) and James Marsden (of "X-Men" fame) doesn't have that same air of mystery. Leto would probably be a good choice, as he has the musical chops to go with his left-field approach to performances.

New Fan Vids of Rob, Kristen and Tay at the 2011 People's Choice Awards

Old/New Interview of Kristen with Friday Magazine

The hype about the vampire saga "Twilight" is not just a blessing for Kristen Stewart.

The Berlin Luxury hotel 'The Regent', Kristen Stewart shuffles into the room. "Hello", she says and raises her hand a bit unmotivated. Her voice sounds as if she's just smoked a cigarette. Her smile is just as shy as cool. She's wearing the light brown shoes unlaced, loose hair. Grey jeans and knotted jeans shirt. Dark nail polish. No socks. This woman is currently one of the biggest stars on the planet.

The Twihards admire her: Hardcore "Twilight" fans who have been waiting for hours in Berlin in front of the hotel to get a glimpse of Kristen. Yet still she has an image problem: Because Kristen doesn't smile very often on the red carpet and on photos, she's rated as conceited and chronically in a bad mood.
"It affects me deeply when someone writes me I don't feel like doing all this. But it's not!" she says. She's just overwhelmed by the paparazzis and the fans.
"The energy you get is overwhelming. And when I'm overwhelmed I feel so sensitive. And I go like this: zzzzzzt!" She does a gesticulation in front of her face. "The wall runs high."

Kristen doesn't hide her feelings. She is snappy, sometimes even funny, snaps with her fingers and restarts the sentences three times until she has the right words. "When I'm not on set, I'm not an actress. I can't put on a mask."

"KStew" is a real Hollywood-Kid. Her parents work in the TV- and Film-Business. With eleven years she played along Jodie Foster in "Panic Room", her first big role. She used to have mini appearances in other Hollywood productions and in a commercial for Porsche. When Kristen flew as Bella Swan with vampire Edward Cullen through the forest in 2008, she was on the top. At twenty.

Now part 3 of the Twilight Saga is in the cinemas. Kristen, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner have signed for two more. What will it feel like when it's all over? "Honestly we all can't wait to get out of those characters." Sure: The young stars are under pressure.
"As long as it's not over, I have to think about it all the time. The fans have high expectations. It's not an easy situation." This also goes for her relationship to Robert Pattinson. She tries to keep it private, questions are strictly forbidden.

Sometimes, Kristen says, she'd like to confront the Twihards and say: "Hey, I'm no demi-goddess! I was just lucky to get the role." And although she struggles with the fame, she knows: "Without Twilight my life would be a fight. I'd be so frustrated if I'd just film Indie-movies which reach nobody." And she'd hate that even more than not being able to go to Starbucks just like that.

Charlie Bewley Talks About "Rob and Kristen's Daughter"

E!OnLine Marc Malkin If Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart had a daughter, what do you think she would look like? Like Mackenzie Foy, who is playing Edward and Bella's daughter Renesmee in the Breaking Dawn movies?

Or how about... "I imagine if Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart had a kid it'd be like this grungy...awkward and shy kind of thing," jokes Charlie Bewley, who plays Demetri in the vampire movie franchise.

Kidding aside, Bewley called Mackenzie a "beautiful little girl." "She's a little ball of energy that one," he said.

I caught up with Bewley yesterday at the Sundance Film Festival as he checked out the running shoes in Samsung Galaxy Tab Lift's Puma Lounge. He jetted to Utah from Baton Rouge, where they're filming Breaking Dawn, for the premiere of his upcoming flick Like Crazy.

Bewley insisted he still hadn't seen the Edward and Bella sex scene photo that was recently released by Summit Entertainment. "It's the sex scene?" he said when asked what he thought of the picture. "Really? They're smashing around?! Shut the front door. I haven't seen it...but I'm definitely going to check it out."

Old/New Interview of Rob and Kristen With CanalPlus France

Kristen talks about how Twilight can touch/affect anyone, because anyone has been a teenager at some point and can relate, in some way, to the movie. She says that the emotions in the movie are universal and that the vampires and werewolves just add to the attractiveness of the saga.

Funny thing : At the end of the vid, the interviewer walks out of the hotel and talks to some colleague. He says that he was with Rob and that the interview was pretty cool. His friend asks him if he finally gets why all these girls (in the back) are so crazy about him. The interviewer pauses for few seconds, and his friends bursts out in laughs. He says to him "What do you want me to say?? That I'd like to marry the guy??? I mean, yeah; I like him. He's a cool dude."

Interviewer : "What I saw outside (the hotel) is crazy! I've seen that for Johnny Depp, Brad Pitt...May be Leonardo Dicaprio. But it's really rare. What I want to know is how do you deal with all that. You are so young (23)..How do you keep calm and cool?"

Rob: " It's not easy. I always try to separate my personal and private lives. I remind myself all the time that the fans, the press..are all here for the character, not for me. It's a kinda "ego saving reflex". Actually, it's very nice, but when you're facing all these fans, you just don't know what to do to satisfy them."

Interviewer: "Yeah, but don't actors do this job for that? To be loved and admired?"

Rob: "I guess yes. In some way. But with Twilight, something amazing happened. I've become some kind of celebrity, even though when I started out, I didn't think I was that interesting as a person. And so I just wanted to play deep characters that would enrich me, psychologically."

Then they talk about the similarities between being a vampire and being an actor. The way they both depend on others, and need others to go on.

He asks Rob what he likes about vampires, and Rob says "The 'superhero' aspect. They're like semi-god, but, in the same time, they depend so much on very regular people. On what's deeply basic in ppl; their blood."

Interviewer: "It's really funny to see you talk about vampires, because I just dicovered this other movie (How to be) where you play a completely different character. I was wondering which part of you, as a person, is in this movie, or in the Twilight movie?"

Rob:" Not much. Actually I've never played a role where I can really be myself. As an actor, you think, with every role, that you'll be able to give the character sthg from yourself, your experience. But the more you try to do that, the more you realize, with every single scene, that it's coming out very differently from how you expected it, or how you intended it."

Interviewer : "It's really good to see you smile in the beginning of the movie (New Moon). You seem happy, then you disappear for most of the movie. Wasn't it frustrating for you to be absent ?"

Rob: "No. Actually, it was very nice in many ways. Twilight (1st movie) has had so much success, so we had a lot of pressure, and it would have been impossible to make the
exact same movie (focused on Edward/Bella). And, also, I didn't want to be the center of this movie, didn't want to have too many responsibilities in it. Taylor got the big part of it. Which is good. Plus, I get to experiment a new angle; I'm more like a ghost, a shadow, which is stronger. Like a myth or something."

Interviewer: "How did you play that? Did you talk to the author? Or get instructions from your director?"

Rob: "I think what influenced me the most, was my first meeting with Kristen. I imagined someone completely different for the role of Bella. But Kristen/Bella was so strong. So, for this relationship to work out, I thought (back in the casting) that I had to be as strong, but also a bit fragile and somehow broken. Which is very interesting to play. And I have to thank Kristen for that."

Interviewer: "How would you describe Kristen, in three words?"
Rob: "She's so strong. (He pauses and laughs) I'm trying to be careful what I say. She's mature, and very challenging."
